Located in a quiet residential area, this is sushi that will reappear in your dreams. Sushi Sanshin deserves every bit of praise it has earned over the years, thanks in part to Chef Yoshitaka Ishibuchi, who presents each cut with humble grace and quiet charisma. Lunch only, and a seat is hard to secure, but you will be hard-pressed to find better sushi in Osaka, no, in all of Japan, for that matter. Beware, this may set the bar so high that other sushi may be ruined for the rest of your life.
