A five-star luxury hotel in the cosmopolitan Umeda district, Hotel Hankyu International holds its own against big-name players such as the Ritz and the Conrad while offering a stay with its own unique character. One part European luxury, one part Bruce Wayne’s mansion, with a worn 1980s aesthetic that might feel dated to some but is a huge selling point to others like me who enjoy character over sterile corporateness.
It’s the kind of place that takes your bags as soon as they see you arrive, with spacious rooms, comfortable beds, great views, and a convenient location near public transportation. What else could you ask for, besides a Batcave?
