Bar FORTIFIED is an intimate seven-seat counter bar specializing in fortified wines—sherry, port, and madeira—with each drink arriving alongside a small seasonal food pairing. The minimalist interior features exposed light bulbs, vinyl record music, and wine shelves under soft orange light. Established in October 2019 by a former sommelier, the bar adds a ￥1,000 pairing charge to each visit.
