A picturesque park with sweeping views of Amanohashidate, one of Japan's renowned scenic locations.

MK Guide Recommends

Amanohashidate View Land is an observation park on Mount Monju, overlooking Amanohashidate, the narrow sandbar considered one of Japan’s Three Scenic Views. Reached by chairlift or monorail from the base, the park offers elevated vantage points where visitors traditionally view the sandbar using the mata-nozoki pose, bending forward to see it appear like a bridge in the sky. In addition to viewing platforms, the grounds include simple amusement attractions such as a Ferris wheel and small rides, making it a popular stop for families. Most visitors come primarily for the panorama, using the park as a short scenic break rather than a full-day destination.
